The Strong Kitchen is a prepared meal service offering Paleo-friendly customized chef-made meals from scratch. Our meals come fresh, portioned for your goals and conveniently packaged. 

Our meals are centered around Paleo ingredients with athlete friendly additions like rice, oats and quinoa. All of our meals are dairy and wheat free, made with whole, unprocessed ingredients.

1. Choose your meals from our great menu

Order a la carte or save money and order a meal pack.

2Choose your portion size for each meal

Choose an individual meal size if ordering a la carte. If you choose a meal pack, you will be prompted to enter your meal choices and portion size. Need help choosing?  Use our guide below or email us at info@thestrongkitchen.com

3Select pickup or delivery for the following Monday

Meals are available to order Monday through Wednesday and all meals ordered during this time are delivered or picked up the following Monday.  At checkout, select home delivery ($10 charge) or note which gym location you want to pickup from.
